June 26, 2024, Karnataka: In a surprise move, the Karnataka Examinations Authority (KEA) has postponed the Karnataka PGCET 2024 exams, which were originally scheduled for July 13 and 14. The reason behind this sudden decision is the overlapping of the exam dates with the semester exams of some universities.
Don’t Miss This: The KEA has announced that the revised dates of the exam will be announced soon. In the meantime, they have opened the re-registration window for the PGCET 2024 exam. If you haven’t registered for the exam yet, hurry up and do so now at the official website cetonline.karnataka.gov.in/kea.
The KEA has stated, “To protect the student’s interest, KEA has postponed the PGCET-2024 exam scheduled to be held on 13 and 14th July 2024 and the revised dates will be published in the KEA PGCET 2024 website in due course.”

- Last date to apply for Karnataka PGCET 2024: July 7 till 11:59 pm
- Fee payment window open till: July 9 at 6:00 pm
- No further extension will be provided in this application window

- Visit the official website of KEA, www.cetonline.karnataka.gov.in/kea
- Under ‘Latest Announcements’, click on the notification ‘PGCET 2024 EXTENDED ONLINE APPLICATION LINK’
- Enter your login details and submit
- Fill the application form and upload the documents
- Pay the application fee and then submit the form
- Take a printout or save a copy of the confirmation page for future reference
Registration Fee:
- For General (UR) and Other Backward Classes (OBC) candidates: Rs. 650
- For Scheduled Caste (SC) and Scheduled Tribe (ST) candidates: Rs. 500
- Fees can be paid using credit cards, debit cards, UPI, or net banking
