PENNADAM 110/33-11 KV SS Substation: Pennadam, Ariyaravi, Eraiyur, Melur, Maaligaikotam, Poovanur, Soundarasozhapuram, and Tholar.
VIRUDHACHALAM 110 KV Substation: Vridhachalam town, Karmangudi, Kumaramangalam, Alady, Karuvepilankurichy.
KURINJIPADY 110/33-11 KV Substation: Kurinjipady, Meenatchipettai, Serakuppam, Kundiyamallur, Kollakudi, and RN Puram.
CHIDAMBARAM 110 KV Substation: Chidambaram town, Ammapettai, Manalur, Vallampadugai, Vakkaramari, TN Puram.
PANRUTI URBAN Substation: Panruti town, Thattanchavady, Thiruvithigai, Panikkankuppam, Erulankuppam, Vizhamangalam.
