5 Key Responsibilities: As the Team Manager for the OPTIMA – Alexa Shopping team, your role will encompass a range of responsibilities, including:

Operational Management:

• Efficiently manage day-to-day operations with a team of AI Data Validators and AI Validator Leads.
• Prioritize work and ensure timely delivery based on business needs.
• Maintain a focus on high-quality delivery, even under aggressive deadlines.
• Plan capacity and effectively manage resources, queues, shifts, cross-training, and leave schedules.

Metrics Tracking and Review:

• Monitor weekly/monthly metrics and conduct process reviews with both internal and external stakeholders across different time zones.
• Proactively identify opportunities for improvement and implement strategies to enhance productivity and process efficiency.

Process Improvement:

• Drive process improvement initiatives, presenting solution proposals and implementing them across applicable operational areas.

People Management and Development:

• Take ownership of team hiring, performance, and development.
