A Degree (Graduation) in any discipline from a University recognized by the Government of India.
CAIIB (Certified Associate of the Indian Institute of Bankers) qualification is preferred but not mandatory.
Minimum 3 years of experience as an officer in PSB/Private Sector Banks/RRB or minimum 6 years of experience as a Clerk in PSB/Private Sector Bank/RRB with an MBA/MCA/Post Graduate Diploma in relevant fields.
Candidates from NBFCs (Non-Banking Financial Companies)/Cooperative Banks/Insurance sectors/Government Financial Institutions, either on a regular or part-time basis, are not eligible for this position.
